History:

AVALAWN LANDSCAPES, INC. of Cedarville, Ohio was
established in the late 90's by president Michael Leach. As with most landscape companies we started with commercial mowing and property maintenance.
It didn't take long for us to establish ourselves as an industry
leader. Our natural progression was to move into additional services both commercial and residential. We specialize in the design and installation of landscapes, irrigation, waterscapes, paving and lawn care.

Renovations :

Lawncare and maintenance is an important segment of our
business but we are also very successful with renovations.
One notable renovation was the Prudential Building in
Centerville. The Centerville beautification award was given in 2001 for this property.

Experience :

We work hard to be one of the most comprehensive eco-care
teams in southwest Ohio. Continuing education and membership in organizations such as: The Ohio Nursery & Landscape Association and The Associated Landscape Contractors of America, keep us sharp in our trade. We also strengthen ourselves through the addition of new professionals. We recently added a Design Architect with a horticulture degree from the Ohio State University. A turf specialist with a degree in turf grass management from Rutgers University.

Showcase :

We are proud to say that our work can be seen throughout
the Miami Valley. The Country Club of the North in Beavercreek and Settlers Walk in Springboro are just a few plats that showcase our creations. The Prudential Building in Centerville is a renovation that we recieved awards for.
